These terms govern your use of AI-Mind. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated 11 October 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AI-Mind (the “service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
AI-Mind provides free, browser-based utilities for working with documents and images. The processing runs on your own device. We provide the pages and the code that runs in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you work with.
3. No warranty on output
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Conversion and compression results depend on your input files, your browser and your device, and may differ from what you expect. Always keep a copy of your original files. You are responsible for checking that a result is correct before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to process material you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or the systems behind it. Automated scraping or bulk abuse of the feedback and account endpoints is not permitted.
5. Accounts
Tools can be used without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the files you process — we claim no ownership over your content, and we never receive it. The AI-Mind name, site design and the code that makes up the service remain ours.
7. Paid features
Some features may be offered for a fee in the future. If and when they are, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and payment will be handled by our payment provider. Nothing on the site today requires payment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-Mind is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, lost time, or damage caused by relying on a converted or compressed file. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.
9. Changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend or remove tools and pages at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
