Convert PDF to PowerPoint
Turn a document into a slide deck you can edit. Every page becomes one slide, and the text on it is laid out as real editable text boxes rather than a flat picture of the page.
This one tool uploads your file — only with your permissionHow to use it
Add the PDF
Drop the document onto the box above, or click to browse. Pages are converted one by one, in order, and each becomes its own slide.
Agree to the upload
Like PDF to Word, this tool uses a server. A prompt appears first explaining exactly what happens to the file — nothing leaves your device until you confirm.
Wait while the slides are built
Each page is read line by line. Text is measured and placed back at its original spot, and pictures are picked up with their position and size. Progress is shown as it goes.
Open the .pptx and check it
Text arrives as editable text boxes, so you can click into any line. Pictures come across as pictures. Fonts and colours are not reproduced, so expect to restyle the deck.
Download the deck
Save the .pptx and open it in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress. There is no watermark and no sign-up.
Common issues
A scan comes back without editable text
A page that is a picture of text has nothing to read. Either run OCR PDF first and convert that, or accept slides that show the page as an image.
Tables arrive as loose text boxes
The cells are placed in the right spots but are not joined into a table object. Moving or resizing the table in PowerPoint means selecting its text boxes together.
Fonts, colours and weights are not reproduced
Only position, size and alignment are carried over. The typeface, text colour and — in most PDFs — bold and italic cannot be read back, so expect a plain, readable deck rather than a colour-matched replica. Restyling is a few clicks once the deck is open.
Dense or overlapping layouts can shift
The tool places each line where the PDF drew it, so anything positioned by a complex layout engine may not sit perfectly. Check graphic-heavy slides and nudge the boxes if needed.
