What to include
To let us reproduce a problem quickly, it helps if you tell us:
- Which tool you were using (for example, Merge PDF).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and operating system — for example, “Safari 18 on iOS 18” or “Chrome on Windows 11”.
- For a conversion or quality issue, the file type and roughly how large the file was.
Please do not send us the documents themselves. We have no way to open the files you use with a tool — the browser-based tools keep them on your device, and the three converters that do use a server discard the file as soon as the conversion finishes.
Response times
