How to use it

Add your images

Drop as many photos as you like, or click to browse. JPG, PNG, HEIC and WebP can all go into the same batch.

Set the page order

The order of the rows in the list is the order of the pages. Drag any row to move a photo up or down before converting.

Pick a page size

A4 or US Letter if the PDF will be printed, or "Fit to image" to make every page exactly the size of its picture, which avoids any border.

Check the margins

The margin is measured in points, where 72 points make one inch. A margin of 24 points leaves a small, even border; set it to 0 for an edge-to-edge image.

Convert and download

Press the button and one PDF containing every image is created, with one image per page.

Common issues

Portrait photos come out tiny on a landscape page

If orientation is forced to Portrait or Landscape, any image with the opposite shape is scaled down to fit and leaves large empty areas. Leave orientation on Auto unless every image shares the same shape.

"Fit to image" pages print with no margin

That mode makes each page exactly the size of its photo, which most home printers cannot reproduce edge to edge. Choose A4 or Letter with a small margin if the PDF is going to a printer.

A HEIC photo lands the wrong way up

Phone photos often store their rotation as metadata rather than in the pixels. If an image is sideways, convert it with HEIC to JPG first, check the orientation, then add the JPG here.

A very large batch makes the tab sluggish

Every image is decoded in memory before the PDF is written. Hundreds of high-resolution photos can use a lot of a phone or laptop memory, so convert in two or three groups if the page becomes slow.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put several photos on one page?
Not currently — each image gets its own page. Multi-image layouts are on our list.
Do HEIC photos from an iPhone work?
Yes. HEIC and HEIF files are decoded in the browser before being embedded, so iPhone photos convert without any extra software.
Will the photos be compressed?
Images are re-encoded as JPEG at high quality and capped at 4000 pixels on the long edge to keep the PDF a sensible size.
What is the best page size for printing?
A4 in most of the world, US Letter in North America. Choose the size your printer expects.
Is there a limit on how many images I can add?
No hard limit. Very large batches are bounded by your device memory, so convert in groups if a batch feels slow.
Why did my PDF become very large?
Photographs at full resolution are heavy. Images are already re-encoded as high-quality JPEG and capped at 4000 pixels on the long edge, but a batch of many large photos will still add up. Convert fewer at a time, or shrink the photos with Compress Image first.
Can I add a title or a line of text to a page?
Not in this tool, which places images onto pages only. Adding text would require a document editor and is outside the scope of a conversion step.
Do portrait and landscape photos both work?
Yes. With orientation set to Auto each page follows its own image, so a mix of upright and wide photos all come out the right way up.
What exactly is a point in the margin setting?
A point is the unit PDF uses for page geometry: 72 points make one inch, roughly 2.5 centimetres. A 24-point margin is therefore about a third of an inch.
